Thanks for joining me! I am a married mom of two girls, the youngest being born in March. I have decided to embark on a new journey and join Weight Watchers to ensure I continue to focus on myself, as that easily gets lost when you have children. I needed to be the best version of me. The only way to do that was to feel good about myself and have energy to keep up with my kids. It is also very important to me to be the best role model possible for my girls.
I decided to set up this blog to help keep all of my findings and recipes in one place, and to hopefully help some others trying to eat healthy but still enjoy the foods they love. I have been gluten free for about 7 years and I still find it hard to modify recipes without making them worse for you! A lot of our modifications come with rice or corn, which needs to be eaten in moderation!
Please do not expect professional pictures. This is me and my every day life with a husband, two kids and a career. I care most about creating and sharing the best versions of foods I love in a healthy way. Enjoy!
